QuickSeam Splice Tape is used in the following Elevate systems:

• RubberGard™ EPDM

✅ Surface Preparation

Before applying the tape, the surfaces of the EPDM membranes must be treated with QuickPrime™ primer using the QuickScrubber™ tool. The use of other products is not allowed. If the tape has been stored at temperatures below 15°C for an extended period, bring it to room temperature before use.

76 mm (3"): used for standard splices without mechanical fastening.
For specific installation instructions, refer to the Elevate technical guidelines.

???? Coverage and Consumption

Tape usage corresponds to the splice length.
Adjacent strips of QuickSeam Splice Tape must overlap by 25 mm.
Overlap areas should be covered with QuickSeam FormFlash.

Store in original unopened packaging at temperatures between 15°C and 25°C in a well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight prior to use.

Expected shelf life is 12 months if stored under the conditions mentioned above. Check the manufacturing date on each roll. Shelf life may be shortened if stored at higher temperatures. Shelf life information is advisory and depends on storage and handling conditions.

• Classification: Not classified as hazardous according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008

• Other hazards: contains a component with endocrine-disrupting properties:
  4-(1,1,3,3-tetramethylbutyl)phenol (0.29%–0.4%), which may cause skin irritation (H315), serious eye damage (H318), and is very toxic to aquatic life (H400/H410)
