Product return and Warranty

General Provisions
The return of goods to the Online Store https://smartmarket.in.ua/ (hereinafter — the “Online Store”) shall be carried out in compliance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.

Return of Goods
2.1. The costs associated with the return of goods shall be borne exclusively by the Buyer.
2.2. In the event of a return of goods of proper quality, the Online Store shall refund to the Buyer the purchase price of the goods upon actual receipt of the returned goods, less compensation for expenses incurred by the Online Store in connection with the delivery of the goods to the Buyer.

Exchange and Refund
3.1. Exchange of goods or a refund to the Buyer shall be possible solely in cases where the goods are found to be defective.

Warranty Terms
4.1. Subject to the Buyer’s compliance with the rules of proper use and operation of the goods, the Seller guarantees the quality of the goods for the duration of the warranty period.
4.2. The warranty period for goods shall be fourteen (14) calendar days, unless otherwise established by the manufacturer, supplier, and/or applicable legislation.
4.3. The warranty period shall commence on the date of transfer of the goods to the Buyer, as indicated in the relevant supporting document. In cases where seasonal goods are transferred to the Buyer outside of the relevant season, the warranty period shall commence from the beginning of the applicable season.

Cancellation of Orders
5.1. In the event an Order is canceled by the Buyer or declined by the Seller, the amount paid for the goods shall be refunded to the Buyer.
5.2. Expenses related to delivery, incurred prior to the cancellation of the Order by the Buyer, shall not be subject to refund.
