Delivery Information

1. Delivery to “Nova Poshta” Branch
   Delivery time to a Nova Poshta branch is 1–3 business days.
   After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS notification with the express consignment note number. The exact delivery date can be checked on the official website of Nova Poshta.
   Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch is carried out in accordance with Nova Poshta tariffs. The cost of delivery shall be paid by the Buyer at the branch upon receipt of the goods.

2. Self-Pickup from Smart Market Warehouse
   You may place an order for goods on our website and collect it personally from our warehouse.
   When placing the order, the convenient time for pickup shall be agreed with you within the working hours of the Smart Market warehouse.

3. Delivery of Large-Sized Goods
   Delivery of large-sized goods (tractors, riding mowers, mulchers, etc.) is carried out by freight carriers throughout the territory of Ukraine* (excluding non-controlled and temporarily occupied territories).

   *All expenses related to the delivery of goods shall be borne by the Buyer.
