The company Peruzzo was registered with the Padua Chamber of Commerce on the initiative of Cavaliere Adriano Peruzzo, who was born in 1933. This marked the beginning of Peruzzo's long history. The company was among the first in the world to understand the importance of landscaping, anticipate market development, and create a full range of equipment for professional care of green areas — public, private, and sports.

In the 1980s, a true generational transition took place with the entry of his sons — Roberto and Lorenzo. It was then that the production of grass cutting and branch shredding machines began, with an increasingly international perspective.

In 1993, Peruzzo developed the first series of semi-professional garden shredders. The range of professional mulchers expanded to meet diverse work requirements. The first blades for cutting, aeration, and simultaneous grass collection were created. The company improved cutting and collection techniques, adding the “verticut” function for professional lawn care. During expansion into new markets, the first shredder for palm and banana leaves was introduced. By 1998, market needs led Peruzzo to create the first collection mulchers designed for low-power tractors. Their success became global! Two years later, the first high-efficiency leaf vacuums were manufactured.

In 2015, Peruzzo launched a professional line including new mulchers with high discharge capability. Later, mulchers for roadside maintenance were produced. After a few years, tracked equipment was introduced, ideal for working on challenging, sloped, and slippery terrain.

Today, Peruzzo is a robust entrepreneurial structure, a benchmark of quality among Italian and Venetian companies, with a wide network of importers and distributors worldwide. The company exports approximately 80% of its products and actively collaborates with leading global tractor manufacturers, creating beneficial and productive synergies.
