The compact mounted VIP 145 shredder is designed for use in vineyards and orchards and effectively shreds grass, shoots and branches up to 4 cm in diameter. The machine is aggregated with tractors with a power of 30 to 60 hp (22–43 kW) and has a working width of about 145 cm, which allows you to effectively process the rows without damaging the plant stems. A reliably balanced rotor with 12 hammers (Ø hole 16.5 mm, weight 1.15 kg each) or a set of 24+12 Y-shaped knives ensures clean mowing and fine shredding of plant residues without excessive vibrations.

The housing is made of a double reinforced steel structure with a thickness of 6 mm with a rounded “cold” side wall with a height of 42 cm, which allows you to work as close as possible to bushes and trees. The working height is easily adjusted by the rear leveling roller, and the opening rear hood simplifies cleaning and maintenance. The mechanical lateral shift with a handle is complemented by a hydraulic lateral shift of +10 cm, thanks to which the machine conveniently bypasses trunks and pillars. The rotor is driven via three V-belts from the tractor's PTO at a speed of 540 rpm; the rotor rotation speed is 378 rpm.

The VIP 145 model is equipped with chrome-plated rods Ø 50 mm, rubber rear stone protection, U-shaped counter knives with an internal toothed profile and a three-point hitch with an adjustable loop. Machine dimensions - 160×105×42 cm, weight - 375 kg. All protective elements meet EU safety requirements, making the VIP 145 shredder a reliable solution for professional care of perennial plantings.
