7. Cutting height

The mowing height of both the RollerBlade and the BladeRunner is infinitely adjustable using a handle.

In the RollerBlade, a crank acts on the roller and adjusts the mowing height to a minimum of 1 cm.

In the BladeRunner, a crank mechanism operates the wheels and adjusts the mowing height to a minimum of 2 cm. It can be lowered to 1 cm by turning off the front wheels and installing an anti-scalp roller.

8. Use

The RollerBlade is more stable on slopes, but it is more difficult to control. For this reason, it is easier to use on single-axle tractors equipped with steering couplings. It was developed mainly for heavy work on rough terrain and for mulching bushes and tree trunks.

The BladeRunner is more maneuverable thanks to its front wheels and is ideal for use on flat terrain or moderate slopes. It is a more versatile tool for removing weeds on already cultivated land.
